Bobby Yerramilli-Rao

Bobby is currently a Partner at Hermes Growth Partners (HGP), a private equity firm that he co-founded with a group of experienced operating executives from the Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) industry. HGP invests $10-$50m in growth stage TMT companies of enterprise value $50-$250m and where the Hermes team of industry experienced operating professionals can directly influence the growth trajectory. Prior to this, Bobby was Corporate Strategy Director of Vodafone Group responsible for global strategy for the company and served on the company’s investment committee. He was also Marketing Director for Internet Services, a $4b business globally for Vodafone Group. Bobby was formerly a Partner at McKinsey and Company. He holds a D.Phil in Robotic Engineering from the University of Oxford and an M.A. in Electrical and Information Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
