Vincent James Patalano II, MD, is a highly experienced ophthalmologist currently serving as the Chief of Ophthalmology and Interim Chief of Surgery at Cambridge Health Alliance since July 2001. In addition, Vincent has been an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School since 2013, following earlier roles as an Instructor in Ophthalmology from 1995 to 2013. Prior to joining Cambridge Health Alliance, Vincent held the position of Associate Chief of Ophthalmology for Community Practice at Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary from 1995 to 2001. Vincent's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from Boston University School of Medicine, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Social Relations from Harvard University, and a Master in Management from Harvard University, completed in 2019. Vincent also received specialized training at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital and Mount Auburn Hospital.
