Chris Sy-Yan, MCIPD, currently serves as HR Manager at Cambridge Healthcare Research since November 2022, leading HR initiatives within the healthcare and life sciences sector. Chris also worked in interim and administrative HR roles at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, The Health Foundation, St George's University of London, and The Careers Group, building a robust foundation in HR processes and support. Chris holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel and Development (Level 7) and additional CIPD qualifications, along with a BSc (Hons) in Geography and Population Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
