Becca Heilman is a policy fellow at the Cambridge Housing Authority since October 2024, with a robust background in research and community development. Previous roles include research analyst and assistant at MEF Associates, research intern at the National League of Cities, and community development fellow with Lead For America. Becca also has experience as a planning intern with the Town of Chapel Hill's Office of Housing and Community and as a national advocacy intern with Black Sash.
