Alex Rautzhan

Alex Rautzhan currently serves as the Associate Director of Major Gifts at Cambridge in America, starting in April 2024. Prior to this role, Alex was the Advancement Services Manager at Colorado State University from February 2023 to April 2024, overseeing gift acceptance protocols and philanthropic growth strategies. Previously, Alex held the position of Director of Salesforce Strategy and Donor Relations at Family Equality from March 2022 to January 2023, focusing on CRM integrations and prospect strategy. Alex also spent nearly nine years at the University of Southern California, fulfilling various roles including Associate Director of Development, where responsibilities included managing major gift prospects, and Development Program Administrator, overseeing donor relations. Early career experience includes project management at USC and a recruiting role at RMA Hiring Solutions. Alex holds a Master’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
