Andrew Williamson

Andrew Williamson is the managing partner at Cambridge Innovation Capital. Andrew has over 10 years of experience in venture capital and focuses on investments in energy, materials, and healthcare.

Prior to joining Cambridge Innovation Capital, Williamson was a partner at True North Venture Partners where they focused on identifying disruptive technologies in the energy and materials sectors. Andrew also served as the managing director of MalibuIQ, an investment fund co-located with HRL Laboratories. At MalibuIQ, Williamson worked on the commercialization of technologies that became MalibuIQ portfolio companies, including Architected Materials, Inc., Mission Microwave, Inc., Malibu Integrated Circuits, LLC, and Navitas Semiconductor, Inc.

Williamson has a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from INSEAD.
