Rinat Abdrasilov

Rinat Abdrasilov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and non-executive directorship across various sectors, including banking, finance, and housing. Currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Ukrposhta, Rinat also holds positions as a Senior Partner in Strategy and Digital Transformation at Cambridge Management Consulting and as an Independent Non-Executive Director for Ability Housing Association. Previous roles include significant contributions to FINCA Impact Finance as Risk Committee Chair and involvement in the governance of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange and Bank Eskhata.
