Fran DiFranco

As Director of Operational Services, Fran has oversight of procurement and contractual arrangements alongside operational services across the trust. He also works closely with the trust’s trading services company and the sports and leisure centres. Fran was previously Chief Operating Officer at Eastern Learning Alliance overseeing operational services and has successfully managed trust and academy finances. He has also overseen the establishment of successful sports centres in academies. Fran has been working in finance and operations in the educational arena for over twenty years, with previous financial training in the banking and financial services sector.
