Sarah Wilson

Executive Principal Sarah oversees Student Safeguarding, Welfare & Support ensuring colleagues in all schools contribute to the development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures. In addition Sarah oversees the CMAT Attendance Officer and works closely with Mental Health and Wellbeing Champions across the Trust. Prior to becoming an Executive Sarah was Principal at Sawtry Village Academy and over her 5 year tenure in this post successfully moved the school from Special Measures to Good with an Outstanding Post 16 Provision. Sarah enjoys hands on work in CMAT schools and draws upon a wealth of personal experience from her 30 year career in education.
