Sagar Tayde

Sagar Tayde has a diverse work experience spanning over more than a decade. Sagar is currently working as an Engineering Team Lead at Cambridge Mobile Telematics since July 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Software Engineer and Scrum Master at the same company from February 2021 to July 2023.

Before joining Cambridge Mobile Telematics, Sagar served as a Senior Software Engineer at Amadeus from October 2013 to December 2020. In this role, they coordinated maintenance activities for the airlines reservation division, developed features using C++ and Python in an Agile structure, and designed and developed an application from scratch, resulting in improved response time.

Sagar also worked as a Software Engineer at Cerner Corporation from June 2013 to August 2013. Here, they transformed a manual trainee management system into a web application using Ruby on Rails and wrote cookbooks for application deployment.

During their tenure as a Software Engineering Intern at C Speed from August 2012 to May 2013, Sagar contributed to validation and verification testing of the Welch Allyn CardioPerfect SDK. Sagar collaborated with quality assurance engineers and software development engineers to find bugs and maintain documentation.

Prior to that, Sagar worked as a Software Developer at ShowCode in June 2012, where they developed and tested plugins for Autodesk Revit Architecture software.

Sagar began their career as a Systems Engineer at Infosys in December 2009 and worked there until June 2011. Sagar contributed to the validation and maintenance of customer details for American Express Company (AmEx), developed a global customer database, and proactively refactored software modules to increase efficiency.

Sagar Tayde holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai, spanning from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in February 2022, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2021, and Machine Learning with Python - Level 1 from IBM in 2020.
