Ariana Starling's work experience includes positions at various educational institutions. Ariana currently works as a Lead Teacher of K-8 Health and Wellness at Cambridge Public Schools since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Administrative Leadership Intern at the same school from September 2021 to July 2022. As an intern, they were responsible for writing curricula, coaching educators, and fulfilling administrative roles. Ariana also worked as a Health Educator at Cambridge Public Schools from August 2020 to July 2022.

Before joining Cambridge Public Schools, Ariana was a Wellness Teacher at Monomoy Regional Middle School from August 2019 to August 2020. Ariana also worked as an ESL Teacher at Tus Clases Particulares from October 2018 to August 2019, where they focused on improving students' English skills through individual and group sessions.

Ariana Starling obtained their Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2017. Ariana then pursued a Master of Science degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University in 2020. Prior to that, Ariana completed their high school education at Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School from 2009 to 2013, where they studied general studies. In 2015, Ariana briefly studied African Studies at the University of Cape Town. Additionally, they hold certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid from the American Red Cross.
