Brittany Balocca

Brittany Balocca is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various roles within educational and healthcare settings. Currently serving as the Interim Human Resources Director at Cambridge Public Schools since November 2013, Brittany has also held positions as a Human Resources Project Manager and a Confidential Secretary to the Chief Talent Officer at the same institution. Prior experience includes working as a Medical Secretary at Center for Human Genetics, Inc., an Administrative Assistant and Interim Office & HR Manager at Genco Shipping & Trading, and a Mental Health Professional at The Brattleboro Retreat. Brittany earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College in 2006.
