Lindsay Smythe

Lindsay Smythe currently serves as the Grants Coordinator for Cambridge Public Schools, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Lindsay was the Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Fund Development at Mystic Valley YMCA from November 2018 to July 2023, and Vice President at Malden Chamber of Commerce from February 2020 to July 2023. Lindsay also has extensive experience as the Executive Director of Boys & Girls Clubs of Medford and Somerville from January 2013 to November 2018, and as the Director of Contracts & Program Administration at Family ReEntry, Inc. from May 2008 to January 2013. Early in the career, Lindsay worked as the Foundation & Government Relations Manager at North Shore Music Theatre and as the Community Partnership Coordinator & Family Social Worker at North Shore Head Start. Academically, Lindsay holds a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Sociology from Gordon College.
