Alexandre Krajenbrink

Scientific Project Manager - Senior Research Scientist at Cambridge Quantum Computing

Alexandre Krajenbrink has worked in a variety of roles across multiple companies since 2015. In 2015, they were a Research Intern in the Lukin Labs at Harvard University, where they worked on quantum optics. From 2016-2022, they worked at Cambridge Quantum as a Scientific Project Manager and Senior Research Scientist, and at the École Normale Supérieure as a Physics Teaching Assistant. In 2019, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at SISSA, and in 2021 they were a McDuff Postdoctoral Fellow at the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute - MSRI. Additionally, they are currently the Secretary General and Founder of QuantX, President of QuantX Investment, and Founder of Fasma. Alexandre is also VP - Head of the Maisons du Quantique and VP - Head of Formation/Training/Education at Le Lab Quantique.

Alexandre Krajenbrink obtained their Classes préparatoires PCSI-PC* from Lycée Sainte-Geneviève between 2010 and 2012. Alexandre then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.Sc.) from École Polytechnique between 2012 and 2016, majoring in Physics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, and Humanities. In 2015 and 2016, they obtained a Master of Advanced Study from University of Cambridge in Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics. Finally, they obtained their Ph.D at Laboratoire de Physique Théorique from Ecole normale supérieure between 2016 and 2019, specializing in Statistical Physics and Random Matrix Theory.
