Prior to their current role, Dean held similar positions at Santander Bank, N.A., Webster Bank, Family Office Group LLC, Bank of America, and Fleet Bank. With a Masters in Management from Lesley University and a BA in Communications from Curry College, Dean excels in developing commercial cash management business, sales, client management of treasury solutions, and fixed income product solutions for corporate, institutional, and high-net-worth clients. Dean's focus is on understanding client needs, providing appropriate solutions, and building long-term relationships to grow the business.
