Kate Conroy

Kate Conroy, CTP, currently serves as the Head of Treasury Management at Cambridge Savings Bank since August 2025. Prior to this role, Kate held positions at Citizens, including SVP of Enterprise Payments Strategy & Innovation and VP, Senior Product Manager focused on Cash Management. Additional experience includes serving as an AVP, Product Manager at Santander Bank, and an Officer, Product Associate in Global Transaction Services Americas at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Kate's career also features a background in language instruction and translation in Spain, where roles included Language Assistant and private ESL teacher. Kate earned a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies and International Studies from Boston College, alongside studies at the Universidad de Sevilla.
