Wayne Patenaude has an extensive work experience history in the financial industry. Wayne began their career at Glastonbury Bank & Trust Company in 1991, where they held various roles including Vice President, Manager of Financial Services, and ultimately Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 1998, Wayne became the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Bancorp Connecticut, Inc. In 2002, they joined American Savings Bank as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer. Wayne then moved to Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. in 2003, where they served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Wayne's most recent position was at Cambridge Savings Bank, where they held the roles of Executive Vice President and CFO, before being promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2013.
Wayne Patenaude attended the University of Connecticut from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance.
