Darren Tice has a diverse work experience in the massage therapy industry. Darren began their career as a Massage Therapist at Massage Envy South Round Rock in 2006 and worked there until 2013. During this time, they gained valuable hands-on experience in providing therapeutic massages.

In 2013, Darren transitioned to a new role as a Recruiter at Massage Envy Spa, Austin and San Antonio. Darren was responsible for recruiting and hiring massage therapists for the spa locations.

In 2014, they further advanced their career by becoming a Regional Therapist Support Manager at Massage Envy Austin. In this role, Darren provided guidance and support to massage therapists throughout the region.

Most recently, Darren joined Cambridge Spa Group in 2019 as the Director of Massage Therapist Engagement. In this position, they oversee and manages the engagement of massage therapists within the organization.
