Ming-Tai Huh

Ming-Tai Huh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, hospitality, and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as the Head of Food & Beverage at Square since June 2023, Ming-Tai has also been a partner at Cambridge Street Hospitality Group since December 2011 and held the role of Vice President of Product Management at Valon from June 2022 to June 2023. Previously, Ming-Tai was a Vice President of Product Management at Toast, where the focus was on scaling infrastructure for restaurant operations. As a co-founder of SwipeOut, Inc., Ming-Tai developed customer engagement solutions for independent QSRs and cafes. Additional experience includes serving as an advisor and angel investor through Genie Bottle Ventures LLC and providing strategic consulting at Altman Vilandrie & Company. Ming-Tai holds a degree in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
