James Nicholas is an experienced football coach with a strong focus on youth development, currently serving as the Foundation Phase & Pre-Academy Lead at Cambridge United Football Club since December 2019. James has held various coaching roles, including Head Coach of the Scholarship Programme at M.R.F.A. and Academy Foundation Phase Coach at Leyton Orient Football Club. With a diverse background in coaching across multiple age groups, James has demonstrated expertise in player development and effective coaching methodologies. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Sports Coaching from the University of Chichester and a Bachelor of Technology in Sports and Exercise from Chelmsford College.
