Martin Davies has extensive experience in coaching goalkeepers at various levels of professional football. Currently serving as the 1st Team Goalkeeper Coach at Cambridge United Football Club since October 2021, Davies previously held the position of Head of Academy Goalkeeping at Swansea City Football Club from January 2017 to October 2021. Additional roles include serving as Wales U20 Goalkeeper Coach during the Toulon Tournament in June 2017 and a previous tenure at Cambridge United Football Club, where responsibilities included planning training sessions and developing a comprehensive goalkeeper program. Prior to coaching, Davies had a career as a semi-professional football player, representing multiple clubs from 1997 to 2009. Education was completed at Bishopston Comprehensive in Swansea from 1985 to 1990.
