Matt Clements is a seasoned professional in sports operations and coaching with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Cambridge United Football Club since January 2024, Matt has previously held roles such as Delivery Manager at Greenhouse Sports, Operations Manager for Norwich City FC Regional Development Programme, and Head Coach and Owner of MCC Bootcamps. Matt's coaching career includes leadership positions at St Neots Town FC, Histon FC, and Cambridge United FC, where development of young talent was a primary focus.
