Andréa Grosbois has extensive experience in the field of communications and engagement. Andréa is currently the Assistant Director of Community and Strategic Partnerships at the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System (ICS) since April 2023. Prior to this, Andréa held the position of Vice Chair at CPSL Mind from December 2017. From December 2015 to April 2023, they served as the Head of Communications and Engagement at the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT). Before that, Andréa was the Head of Communications and Engagement at UnitingCare Partnership LLP from October 2014 to December 2015. Andréa also worked as a Communications Manager at both the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) from March 2013 to October 2014 and Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust from September 2012 to March 2013. Earlier in their career, Andréa worked as a Project Manager at Myriad Public Relations from March 2012 to September 2012 and as a Communications Officer at the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust from October 2010 to March 2012. Andréa started their professional journey as a Video Campaigns Producer at Volunteer Uganda Ltd from April 2010 to December 2010.
Andréa Grosbois completed their education in a chronological manner. In 2007, they enrolled at Middlesex University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with first-class honors in Television Production, specializing in Broadcast Journalism. The program lasted from 2007 to 2010. Later, in 2014, Andréa attended CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, where they pursued a CAM Level 4 Professional Diploma in Marketing Communications and successfully completed it in 2015. Andréa'smost recent educational endeavor took place in 2018 to 2019 when they enrolled at the Institute of Leadership and Management. Here, they completed a Level 7 Executive Coaching degree, specializing in Coaching.
