Ramnit Bassi has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Ramnit started their career in 1999 as a Parking Administration Officer at Peterborough City Council, where they also held roles as an Assistant Equalities Officer, Policy & Review Officer, Senior Policy Officer, Programme & Project Advisor, and Business Transformation Manager.
In 2015, Ramnit joined Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG as a Programme Support Manager. Ramnit later progressed to become a Programme Manager and then a Senior Programme Manager. During their time at the CCG, they were responsible for supporting and monitoring the delivery of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough System Transformation Programme and Urgent & Emergency Care Vanguard. Ramnit also played a key role in developing service strategy and design, leading and managing projects, and ensuring the timely delivery of specified programmes of work.
In 2023, Ramnit joined Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System (ICS) as a Senior Programme Manager, Strategic Commissioning.
Ramnit Bassi completed a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1994 to 1997. Ramnit went on to earn a Master's Degree in Social Policy & Planning from the same institution from 1997 to 1998.
