Ebony Hailey is an experienced LPN Care Coordinator with a strong background in providing care management and coordination services for complex, vulnerable populations. Currently serving at both the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers and the National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs, Ebony contributes to improving health outcomes through team-based integrated care. Previous roles include guest lecturing at Rutgers University School of Nursing and providing primary health care services at the Camden Housing Authority. With foundational experience as a critical care technician and multi-skilled technician at Cooper University Health Care and Virtua Health, respectively, along with a comprehensive clinical training background, Ebony has developed a broad skill set in patient care.
