Natasha Dravid

Senior Director, Care Management & Redesign Initiatives at Camden Coalition

Natasha Dravid has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Natasha started their career in 2004 as an Access Counselor volunteer at Womens Medical Fund. In 2007, they served as an Outreach and Impacts Coordinator (AmeriCorps VISTA) at Entrepreneur Works. Natasha then transitioned to the role of Senior Lending Officer at the same organization in 2008. In 2010, they joined Peer Health Exchange as a Program Associate and later became a Program Manager. In 2012, Natasha had an MBA Internship as a Project Manager at HBO. In 2013, they joined Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers and held multiple roles including Senior Manager for Clinical Redesign Initiatives, Senior Manager for Enterprise Planning & Performance Improvement, and Associate Director for Strategic Planning & Consulting. From 2017 to 2022, they served as the Senior Director of Clinical Redesign Initiatives at Camden Coalition. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director for Care Management & Redesign Initiatives at the same organization. Natasha also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Greater Philadelphia Women's Medical Fund from 2014 to 2020.

Natasha Dravid completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Mathematics from Haverford College from 2003 to 2007. Natasha then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Yale School of Management from 2011 to 2013.
