Will Smith

Will Smith is currently the VP of Real Estate Investments at Camden Property Trust. Prior to this, they worked as a Multi-Housing Investment Sales Associate at Tarantino Properties from February 2009 to April 2010. There, they closed on over $4 million worth of multi-family investment properties and performed analysis, underwriting, financial modeling, and marketing for multifamily properties and land throughout Houston, Austin, and San Antonio markets for individual investors, institutional investors, and servicers. Will also participated in deal sourcing, underwriting and valuation, physical and financial due diligence, 3rd party coordination, debt financing identification and closing coordination as well as served as acquisitions analyst for $5 million private equity investment fund. In addition, they conducted Broker’s Opinion of Value for national loan servicing firms receiving properties through receivership or foreclosure including Midland Loan Services, Trimont, ING, CW Capital, Capmark and others.

Before their time at Tarantino Properties, Will worked as a Junior Leasing Associate at Colvill Office Properties from May 2008 to December 2008. During their time there, they developed and utilized cold-calling, sales networks, and advertising to gather buyers, sellers, and financiers.

Will Smith received their Masters in Real Estate from Texas A&M University - Mays Business School. Will also has a degree in Business Management from the same school.
