Since joining Cameco Corporation in January 2006, Perry has held several key leadership positions, including Mill Operations Manager, where a focus on operational reliability and digital transformation has been emphasized. Previous roles at Cameco included Maintenance Manager, Start-up & Commissioning Lead, and Project Superintendent, showcasing expertise in managing maintenance groups, leading capital projects, and ensuring safe re-start activities for mining operations. Early career experience was gained at Enbridge as an Associate Engineer, where multi-discipline projects were identified and executed.
