Phengly Oeung

Phengly Oeung is an accomplished IT and Registrar Manager at CamEd Business School since February 2014, where a focus on inspiration is evident in the leadership role. Phengly previously held positions as an IT Programmer and was involved in innovation during that time. Prior experience includes working as a Phonegap and Web Service Developer at Pathmazing and as a Software Developer at FSI, contributing to various initiatives in the tech field. Educational qualifications consist of a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and Engineering from the Royal University of Phnom Penh, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the same institution, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education in English from Asia Euro University, and a Master’s degree in Finance from the National University of Management.
