Yulkendy Valdez is a dynamic entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in supporting underrepresented founders and fostering BIPOC talent. Currently serving as a Startup Partner Manager for Google for Startups via Magnit, Valdez oversees initiatives that provide non-dilutive cash awards and support to at-risk founders. As Co-Founder of Phenomenal Talent, Valdez focuses on creating impactful experiences for BIPOC talent and promoting economic freedom. Additionally, Valdez holds positions as City Leads Program Manager at LaFamilia Foundation, a Fellow and Alumni Contractor at Camelback Ventures, and roles at 4.0 Schools and One Young World, contributing to a range of programs aimed at empowering young leaders and entrepreneurs.
