Previously, Raafe held the position of Global Director of Energy Storage at Visteon Corporation from September 2023 to November 2024, where responsibilities included developing energy storage strategies and performance models. From September 2020 to October 2023, Raafe worked as the Director of Energy Storage at Pine Gate Renewables, contributing to project management, market analysis, and financial modeling. Raafe's experience also includes roles in energy storage and renewable energy analytics at Sunnova Energy Corp., Mortenson, TATA Power, and Wipro. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Energy Science from Carnegie Mellon University, a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, and various certificates in Energy Innovation and Sustainable Business Strategy from Stanford University and Harvard Business School, respectively. Raafe K. completed an MBA in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from BatteryMBA in September 2023.
