Douglas Craven is an accomplished professional in program management and music education. Currently serving as the Sr. Program Manager for CDFI Programs at CAMEO since January 2024, Douglas previously held key leadership roles at the Economic and Community Development Institute (ECDI) from 2012 to January 2024, including Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Director of Corporate Advancement. Douglas expanded ECDI's mission across Ohio and successfully developed partnerships and fundraising initiatives. In addition, Douglas owns and instructs at Private Viola Studio in Central Ohio, providing customized instruction for violin and viola students. Douglas holds advanced degrees in music performance and a Doctor of Musical Arts (ABD) from The Ohio State University, supplemented by comprehensive musical education from renowned institutions.

As California's statewide micro enterprise development network, CAMEO is the voice for micro business and creates a thriving ecosystem of resources for all entrepreneurs. CAMEO is made up of over 395 organizations, agencies, and individuals dedicated to furthering micro-business development in California and nationwide with small and micro-business financing such as loans and credit, technical assistance and business management training. We build capacity and expand resources for our members. We also educate the public on the economic impacts of micro-business through public awareness and advocacy at the local, state and federal level to support the growth of micro-business, start-ups, and entrepreneurs.
