Jay Cole

Jay Cole has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Jay is currently working as the Regional Sales Vice President at Cameron Ashley Building Products. In 2023, they will also be serving as a member of the 501st Legion - Carolina Garrison, specifically as a ROTJ Scout Trooper.

Previously, Jay has held multiple positions at Allura™ Fiber Cement Products, including National Sales Manager, Eastern Regional Sales Manager, and Territory Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for sales training, coaching, customer engagement, program analysis, contract negotiation, territory management, and establishing annual sales budgets. Jay also implemented improvements in sales operations and processes.

Before that, Jay worked at Norandex Building Materials, where they held various roles such as District Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Sales Leader, Area Sales Leader, and Customer Service Representative/Builder Acct. Mgr. Jay'sresponsibilities included managing sales representatives, developing sales and marketing strategies, coaching and counseling branch managers, and acquiring new accounts. Jay was recognized as a Pinnacle Award winner for their exceptional performance.

Overall, Jay has demonstrated strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and a commitment to community and charity work.

Jay Cole attended Abingdon High School from 1993 to 1997. After completing high school, they enrolled at King University from 1997 to 1999, where they studied religion.
