Franz Field

Franz Field is an accomplished IT and digital management professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as IT/Digital Manager at Cameron LNG since May 2019, Franz has a strong background as the Founder of Marine-Machines, focused on robotic solutions for offshore energy operations. Prior experience at Shell from June 1988 to October 2018 includes roles as Director of Data/Digital/IT, Integration Program Manager, and IT/Data Director, where contributions spanned digital strategies for multi-billion dollar projects and IT program management for major mergers. Franz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and has a broad skill set in digital technology, data strategy, program management, and project execution.
