Steffen Pagenkopf

Steffen Pagenkopf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT governance, security, and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Digital and IT Governance at Goethe-Institut e.V. since June 2015, Steffen has also held roles including Interim IT Team Manager and Head of Project for the introduction of Microsoft 365. Previous positions include PreSales Consultant at Polycom and Global Service Manager at Qimonda, among others. Steffen's educational background includes IT specialist and software development training from Dekra Academy and carpentry training from Stahl & Wasserbau GmbH. Steffen is currently enhancing professional qualifications through programs at Servview/ISACA and Dekra Academy.
