Kent Hutchison is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, competency development, and management across various industries. Currently serving as a Training & Competency Specialist II at Cameron LNG since December 2020, Kent focuses on the development and implementation of Competency Assessment & Assurance Programs, as well as establishing soft-skill professional development benchmarks for the organization. Prior to this role, Kent was the Principal at C.J. Baxter Group, LLC for over 17 years, and held positions such as Global Corporate Trainer at Etech Global Services and Manager of HR, Safety & Quality at Mason Construction Ltd. Educational qualifications include a BA in Communication (Journalism) from Stephen F. Austin State University, an AA in Communication from Lamar State College Orange, and a high school diploma from Orangefield High School.
