Prior experience includes Electrical Superintendent at Phillips 66, where responsibilities included planning and scheduling for the Electrical Department, as well as providing leadership at CITGO Petroleum as Electrical Distribution Supervisor. Matthew's expertise extends to project management for electrical projects with budgets up to $10 million. Educationally, Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power from Louisiana State University, completed in 2006.
