Ryan Sheets

Ryan Sheets is an experienced wellness professional with a background in health and fitness management. Currently serving as the Wellness Coordinator at Cameron Memorial Community Hospital since October 2018, Ryan also holds the position of President at Shape Up Steuben since August 2019. Previously, Ryan worked as the Director of Healthy Living & Aquatics at the YMCA of Steuben County from October 2016 to October 2018, and held various roles including front desk staff, lifeguard, and group exercise instructor during Ryan's earlier tenure at the same organization. Ryan's career began at Jiffy Lube International as an Assistant Manager from July 2013 to September 2016. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Trine University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
