Kerry Boyle

VP & General Counsel at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants

As the first-ever in-house Vice President and General Counsel for Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR), Kerry Boyle oversees and provides all legal representation for CMR.

Before joining CMR, Boyle worked for more than two decades with Isaac Wiles practicing real estate, business law, and specializing in restaurant and hospitality. At Isaac Wiles, he worked with CMR as the restaurant company’s real estate attorney for the past 15 years.

According to Boyle, during his time working as a business partner to the CMR and Rusty Bucket Restaurant & Tavern teams, he was continually impressed by the level of commitment associates had for the company and the focus on doing “what is right.” It was an easy “yes” when he was asked to join the team.

Boyle has received several honors over the course of his legal career, including being named as one of the Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law, as well as Ohio Super Lawyers (2014-2018) and Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2007, 2009-2013).

Boyle is a board member for the Ohio Restaurant Association and is a former member of the Board of Governors for the Columbus Bar Association. He also is a member of the Ohio State and the Columbus Bar Association.

His favorite CMR dishes are the Hudson 29 burger and the filet from The Avenue. The greatest lesson in his professional career he says is to treat people with respect and work hard.
