Kayla Schmidt

Kayla Schmidt began their work experience in 2014 as an Executive Casino Host at Affinity Gaming. In 2015, they joined State Farm as an Insurance Producer until 2017. From 2017 onwards, they worked at Cameron Mutual Insurance Company, starting as an Underwriting Processor before becoming a Research and Compliance Specialist. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at the company.

Kayla Schmidt completed their high school education at Stewartsville C-2 High School from 2004 to 2008, earning a general diploma. Following high school, they attended Missouri Western State University from 2008 to 2012, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/ Public Relations. In addition to their formal education, Kayla has acquired several certifications including the Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) from the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI), the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) from The Institutes, and the Insurance Agent (Life, Health, Property, Casualty) certification from the Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions & Professional Registration.
