Keith Helmich

Keith Helmich has extensive experience in technical support and programming, currently holding the position of Senior Tech Support Analyst at Cameron Insurance Companies since January 1989, where responsibilities include 24/7 operational support and assisting programmers with technical issues. Prior to this role, Keith managed a small team as Systems Programmer/IS Manager at American Electric Supply, Inc. from June 1984 to January 1989, focusing on 24/7 support, coding in COBOL, and system configuration. Keith began their career at Cameron Insurance Companies as a Sr Programmer Analyst from May 1980 to June 1984, specializing in CICS/COBOL coding and system integration. Earlier experience also includes serving as a TD3 in the US Navy as a flight simulator operator from August 1975 to August 1979. Keith holds a Certificate in Computer Programming from the Electronic Computer Programming Institution and has background education in Electronics Technology from Missouri Institute of Technology.
