Denise specializes in executive search, focusing on promoting women to middle, senior, and board level positions, especially within Wal*Mart and Target vendor teams. With a background in sales, retail operations, supply chain, and various retailers, Denise has a strong track record in career coaching and customer team recruitment. Prior to their current position, Denise worked at WLC, Inc. as the Director of Public Relations and Recruiting, and at Thomas Mitchell & Associates as the Vice President Executive Search.
