Dana Hamilton is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in donor engagement, fund development, and event coordination. Currently serving as the Donor Engagement and Database Officer at CAMFED since April 2023, Dana previously held roles at Family Services of Greater Vancouver as a Fund Development and Communications Assistant and Event Coordinator from July 2021 to March 2023. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Call Center Representative at Elections BC in September 2020, and positions at Travelers as an Assistant Account Manager and at TD Auto Finance as an Event Coordinator and Communications Associate. Dana's educational background includes a Special Event Planning Diploma from Centennial College and further studies at The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University.

CAMFED is a pan-African movement, revolutionizing how girls’ education is delivered. Through a gold-standard system of accountability to the young people and communities we serve, we have created a model that radically improves girls’ prospects of becoming independent, influential women. Our impact increases exponentially through the Association of young women educated with CAMFED’s support. Together, we multiply the number of girls in school, and accelerate their transition to secure livelihoods and leadership.
