Josh Delson has over two decades of experience in sales, project management, and operations within the air pollution control and HVAC industries. Currently serving as the Director of OEM and Segment Sales at Camfil Air Pollution Control since September 2014, Josh has held various roles including Metal OEM Sales Manager and OEM Specialist, where responsibilities include managing strategic target accounts and delivering technical presentations. Prior experience includes management of The Johnston Company's Las Cruces branch, overseeing daily operations and sales, and serving as Project Manager at Precision Air, ensuring project completions within budget and timelines. Josh's early career includes a supervisory role at Master Mechanical, Inc., and service as a Military Police Squad Leader in the Minnesota Army National Guard.
