Jennifer Hardegree

Jennifer Hardegree serves as Senior Legal Counsel for Real Estate at Camillo Companies, beginning in February 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Shareholder/Partner at Winstead PC from June 2001 to December 2022, focusing on the Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group, where extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions was gained. This included work on financing, leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of various property types such as office, retail, mixed-use, multifamily, hotel, and resort projects. Jennifer also served as an Associate Attorney and held earlier roles as a Law Clerk and Word Processor, providing specialized document services. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Russian Area Studies from American University.
