Jenny Evans

Jenny Evans has extensive experience in real estate legal counsel and management, currently serving as Senior Counsel for Real Estate Legal at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since May 2022. Prior to this role, Evans held the position of Associate Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel at Realty Income Corporation from September 2021 to April 2022 and served as Assistant General Counsel at Greif, Inc. from July 2015 to August 2021. Additionally, Evans worked at The Home Depot for six years in various roles including Senior Real Estate Manager and Senior Attorney. Early legal experience includes positions at Hartman Simons & Wood LLP and Balch & Bingham, as well as a role at RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. Evans earned a JD from Georgia State University College of Law and a BBA in Real Estate from The University of Georgia.
