Nickie Boridehpaz

Nickie Boridehpaz, M.B.A, SHRM-CP, PPPC, BBHR, CAL 1, CSM, currently serves as the VP of People and Culture at Camillus House, a role assumed in May 2025. With extensive experience in enhancing workplace culture and workforce development, Nickie previously held the position of Director of People and Culture at the Community Action Council of Howard County, where Agile methodologies and Six Sigma principles were implemented to streamline processes and improve employee engagement. Additional roles include Director of People and Culture for C & A Scientific, Human Resources Manager at fusionSpan, and EBS Healthcare, and earlier positions that focused on behavioral intervention and educational program development. Nickie holds a Master of Business Administration from Quinnipiac University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Social Work at the University of Southern California.
