Lutz Tautz

Lutz Tautz is a Research Associate Professor at Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute, with an extensive career that began in 2002, progressing through roles such as Research Assistant Professor, Staff Scientist, and Post-doctoral Associate. Lutz Tautz is also the Academic Founder and Scientific Advisor of Camino Pharma, LLC since April 2017. Prior experience includes an instructorship in Biochemistry and Organic Chemistry and a Ph.D. candidacy at Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) from 1997 to 2002, along with a brief role as a Research Associate at Fraunhofer Institute for Chemical Technology ICT in 1997. Lutz Tautz holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry, and a Master of Science in Chemistry, both from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
