Anna Donaghy

Head Of Group Customer Service at Camira Fabrics

Anna Donaghy has over 15 years of experience in customer service and account management roles. From 2003 to 2016, they worked at RR Donnelley UK Directory Ltd as a Customer Service Manager & Key Accounts Manager, responsible for leading a customer service team and managing major blue chip accounts. Anna was also the main point of contact for customers, ensuring account retention, growth, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. From 2007 to 2009, Anna held the role of Customer Service Lead, and from 2005 to 2007, they were the lead contact for a French customer, Pages Jaunes. Anna began their career as a Customer Experience Trainee in 2003. In 2017, Anna joined Camira Fabrics Limited as the Head of Group Customer Service.

Anna Donaghy attended Nottingham Trent University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Hons degree. Anna'sfield of study was Law and French law.
