Tom Gale

Tom Gale is an experienced product manager and entrepreneur with a diverse background in product development and management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Camis Inc since March 2023, Tom also founded Oblong Otter Publishing in March 2019. Previously, Tom held the position of Product Manager at TVO from August 2015 to 2019, overseeing significant projects for TVOkids and TeachOntario. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Product Development at Multi-Health Systems Inc. from March 2010 to October 2014, where responsibilities encompassed the full product development cycle, and as Director of Learning Solutions at McGraw-Hill Ryerson for nearly a decade. Tom’s earlier roles include positions at Cornell University as Systems Librarian. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in VR Production from Conestoga College, a Master of Library and Information Science from Western University, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the same institution.
